What is the current state of human rights of refugees and marginalised people in Europe?

The European Convention on Human Rights turns 70. Seventy years since the European Court of Human Rights was established by the Convention to protect those whose rights have been violated in any of the 47 member states.

On this occasion, Church and Peace invites you to join an online conversation on the current state of human rights in Europe on October 30th, 19:00-20:30 h CET/ 18:00-19:30 h BST.

We will hear from those working for human rights both on the Greek island of Lesvos and in Brussels, and about the role of the Council of Europe with regards to human rights particularly with a focus on refugees, as well as discussing how we can support this work.
